Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the international commercial sector of manufacturing companies
• Fluent in general and commercial English
• Proficient in foreign commercial correspondence
• Do all importing/exporting processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping, and delivery schedules, and customs clearance
• Mastery of the supply chain of goods and foreign orders
• Mastery of internal and external laws of international trade and import of goods to the country
• Mastery of banking processes and currency purchase
• Mastery of comprehensive trade systems, cross-border trade unit window (EPL), and other related systems
• Highly familiar with INCOTERMS and shipment regulations
• Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and MS Office)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and ability to perform meetings effectively

Job Description

• Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase package
• Follow up with international shipping companies regarding the transportation of goods and other necessary processes
• Follow-up with insurance companies, inspection, clearance, etc. for the processes related to the import of goods
• Registration of orders, requests for allocation, product ID, etc. in the comprehensive trading system
• Going to the bank and exchange to buy and transfer currency and prepare the necessary documents
• Follow-up and referral from various organizations to obtain the necessary permits to import goods (Import and Export Regulations Office, Ministry of Security, etc.)
• Be up-to-date on current regulations and monitor applicable law changes
• Make arrangements and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/force regarding commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback)
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
• Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
• Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations
• Communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects
• Assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
